Private Equity Russia

AllEquityFunds has published the first issue of its new English language magazine on the Private Equity industry in Russia.  The issue is free for download to all registered site users.  (note: registration is free, but it isn’t instantaneous.  There’s an approval process that usually takes a day or so.)

No word if this will continue to be free going forward, but it looks like a great resource.

The first issue contains  interviews with Reinhard Kohleick of Quadriga Capital Russia, Alexey Sukhorukov of TEKT Group and Pavel Samiev of Expert RA. Dmitry Koronchik of Pepeliaev, Goltsblat & Partners wrote an article on structuring private equity deals in Russia.  There is also an article on Private equity valuation methodologies by Dmitry Fedosov of Aton Capital Partners and a piece on PE job market trends from Erik Stromqvist of Antal Russia.

Editor in Chief of the magazine is Igor Checkoun, head of Softline Venture Partners.
